I'd consider lengthening the elastic shock cord with some Kevlar, but that's the only change I'd suggest. This is usually a favorite of any kids you happen to be launching with. Seeing the nose cone helicopter in always gets them into the recovery mood, and they'll chase it across the field en masse, leaving you to recover the parachute equipped body at your leisure.
