(More customer reviews)Between my significant other and I we have crashed this thing about 50 times. At first it is a bit hard to get control of it. After a few tries it gets easier. All of my cats love this, they think it is their personal toy. Even with all of the times they have attacked it in mid air and all of the times we have dropped it from high it has withstood everything we have put it through. I still can't believe the durability of it. We have smashed it into ceiling fans, walls, floors, book shelves, doors. You name it and we have put this thing through it. Especially with cats knocking it out of the air it can come crashing down pretty hard. We have owned it for about 2 1/2 months and so far so good. :)

The Black Stealth features 3-channels, allowing it to go up and down, rotate right and left and move forwards and backwards. Unlike most of the small 2-Channel copters on the market which are always moving forward with somewhat twitchy controls, the Black Stealth is a breath of fresh air. You can actually fly it where you want it to go, it's fairly rugged... and surprisingly it's probably the easiest to fly small copter we've ever taken to the office airspace. Don't believe us? Check out the video below and you'll see the accurate flight mechanics in action.The secret of the incredible stability of the Black Stealth 3-Channel R/C Helicopter comes down to the torque control afforded by the dual rotor design. A traditional helicopter with only one rotor generates massive torque when the top blade spins. Normally this would cause the copter to spin out of control, but the rotor on the tail is designed to offset this torque. Therefore piloting a traditional helicopter involves constantly adjusting the tail speed whenever you increase the speed of the top rotor: difficult and time consuming to learn. The Black Stealth Helicopter has dual rotors on the top which spin in opposite directions. These opposite spinning blades cancel out uncontrolled torque making for incredibly stable flight. For forward and reverse motion the tail rotor then blows up or down, pitching the copter forward or backward and causing it to move in that direction. It's a great control system and a pleasure to fly.
