In combination with a fast high quality servo, the gyro holds the heading regardless of the maneuver; even in strong winds. Piros are consistent as advertised, making it easy to control the helicopter for beginners. Piro speed is exceptionally fast when you desire it. I currently use this gyro with the DS3500g for 450 sized helicopters and with the Outrage 9080 tail servo on 600 sized helis.
