(More customer reviews)My son is perhaps too young to get this to fly very far but even when I pull quite hard, I might get it go go 12' high. Most of the time, it climbs a few feet and gradually descends. Perhaps that's acceptable but the mechanism itself is very flimsy. I don't expect it to last more than a few days use. To add insult to injury, it comes in a giant plastic shell container that will fill a good portion of an indoor trash can.
Growing up I remember pull cord helicopters that could truly fly high and far enough that you would need to make sure you knew the neighbors well enough to go retrieve it in their yard. No such worry with this one.
